*sigh*

I may draw and paint one for other people, but drow really don't belong in chibi format.

The Drow themselves likely believe so, but karmicly, it is their fate.

*sigh* My cleric would be most vehement in denying you, but Llarai'el would probably find it cute. She's that kind of drow/tiefling/vampire

Hmm, indeed, I can see that arched purple eyebrow in my mind's eye even as I type. We both ended up with hellishly serious primaries, and laid back cuter secondaries.

You may have to be careful of who you are looking at the Chells' Dopler about, especially when she will  be a shifty git too.

You get; A level 12, a level 11, and a level 10 item of your choice, essentially. You also get the same amount of gold as a level 10 item.

That's as standard.

HOWEVER, I am reasonably happy to allow you to 'cash in' any or all of the three, on a direct basis, and basically re-purchase more items. For example, if instead of having a 12, 11 and 10, you pick a 12, 11 and a 5, you could probably afford two or three extra low-level magic items.

Feel free to buy anything official that you can afford, up to and including mounts and lair items, though the latter might be rather a risk to buy before you know anything about what's going on! Smiley

Oh goodie. I already have a shopping list, I just need to see if I can afford everything...I'm happy to wait for the gold gained in-game to purchase some of the things I want. A Handy Haversack...mmm, lovely. Some healing potions? Must haves. I may get a much lower level weapon so that I have enough for all the goodies I want Wink After all, assassins are particularly good at dealing damage with ANY weapon, never mind a specific magic weapon. Ah! I remembered what I want! That awesome gauntlet of awesomeness that allows you to draw a +1 magical dagger from it. That coupled with quick draw makes from some major killing action. Dibs!

Morg - Thing to remember Re: Assassins

They can EITHER use their weapon's magical properties, ie, vicious, vorpal, vanguard etc, and it's enhancement bonuses...OR channel it through their 'Ki focus'. Currently, and for a little while yet, Ki Focuses merely give enhancement bonus and +1d6 per plus of enhancement...BUT you can use it with any weapon you pick up, simple, martial, improvised, etc.

So, if you wanted a variety of magic weapons and to have any money left for other gear, I'd personally recommend picking up mundane weapons and enchanting your 'inner essance' instead, giving you a +2 or 3 at this point, to everything from quick-drawn daggers to table legs. (It's pretty much the idea behind my quick-drawing Drow Assassin and her laundry list of pointy things.)
