Yes great but frankly when I'm in front of a computer I'm either working or lurking on forums. I really can't do that and pay attention to spoken word, I'm ignoring Just a Minute as I type.

If the BBC would just get over it's podcast issues and release them so I can listen to some of these in my (at least) two hours driving time a day I'd be much happier. I'd even put up with whatever DRM gubbins it wanted to throw at them.

They are relaunching the iPlayer (again) soon so maybe this will be fixed. Fingers crossed.

See I can rant too 

I worked with the BBC for a while on a project about digital radios. No clue, no clue at all, any of them. Still love them as an institution though, no one else does radio like they do.

Have just found out that this http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/podcasts/planetb/ is available as a podcast. I'll give it a go on my way to work tomorrow.

Yay! I agree with carldjcross, EVERYTHING in EvilGinger's wonderfully informative list should have been podcast-ed by auntie beeb. I used to listen to radio 7 sci-fi all the time when my pc was connected to the net and my stereo. Now, i don't catch it at all. - Time for me to make an effort.
