Title: December 2009 Post by: slug on 13 November 2009, 07:24:12 Anyone around the weekend of the 19th or days between xmas and new years? I will be flying in the 15th and back out the 29th - two weeks of fish and chips/turkey/fish and chips/custard/fish and chips/ploughmans/fish and chips/decent cheese/turkey leftovers/fish and chips. Hopefully thats nothing left out.
Anyone up for a beer? As usual I will be sans transport as I have forgotten how to use a clutch and drive on the wrong side of the road. Slug Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Zarniwoop on 22 November 2009, 12:27:26 Hi Simon,
We did discuss this at the November meet and the 19th seems do-able for most people.... Just a case of finalising: What: Where: (Usual Place I assume) Who: As well as who will provide lifts. Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Deebee on 30 November 2009, 15:22:30 Yep, 19th December is good for me!
Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: PM on 01 December 2009, 16:33:27 I should be available.
PM Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Steve on 01 December 2009, 18:15:06 NOOOOOO >:(
Seriously busy weekend for me that one :( ( carolling in the morning, olympia in the evening and carolling at the Harlequin centre on sunday ).... Perhaps I can meet your for a drink and a catchup one evening before you go back? Steve Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Deebee on 02 December 2009, 19:00:51 What: D&D 3rd Ed continuation? (me running) - or does someone else want to run something this time around?
Where: Funnily enough same place - yes (The New Inn) We turned up last month and our recent venue had closed down. Who: Looks like PR, CR, PM, SR and possibly PH, and of course me... And lots of sand and one big demon :o Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: slug on 02 December 2009, 22:04:43 Demon??
Maybe we should run something else then! Nah, bring it on. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Deebee on 03 December 2009, 16:22:50 We could play the final demon encounter of D&D and then play something else or continue with the next episode of the campaign (if anyone survives :)) - your call - what say you?
Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: slug on 04 December 2009, 03:30:46 I would love to finish this campaign - it is really good (from memory).
So if I can get back once a year for an 8 hour session, how many years will it take to finish? +:wave=+::wave: Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Deebee on 04 December 2009, 14:55:11 Hmm... you could well be drawing your pension before the end :o
The campaign takes character all the way to 20th level apparently. Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: slug on 09 December 2009, 18:21:39 Oh no. If Steve can't make it I am without my ride.
Armored Smiler, I am looking at you to swing through Bucks/Herts and pick me up, unless DeeBee wants a little detour. ??? Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: Steve on 14 December 2009, 17:53:04 Sorry M8 :(
looks like I may well miss you this trip :( Wonder if I can persuae the Missus to go to Seattle for our anniversary :) ( maybe if I win the lottery! ) Title: Re: December 2009 Post by: armoured-smiler on 18 December 2009, 11:30:11 Hey, it's Armoured we're not in America yet (53rd state and all that) you know ;-)
I sent you an email (don't know if you get it), but yes I in for gaming/catchup on gossip from US. What time should I get to you for pickup? and what is the address (probably have not kept it since you live many miles away now ;-) Cheers Paul Oh no. If Steve can't make it I am without my ride.
