You manage to rouse the gate watchman and after a brief exchange you manage to negotiate entry into the city. The guard suggests that you try the Drunken Morkoth Inn for board and lodging. While you were sorting out your toll fee for entry into the city Rogan noticed an unusual coin in the bowl which the guard was using to collect the toll fee. It was unlike the other gold coins that you possessed and that are normal for the region. The coin was stamped with a jester on one side. |
