Tickets
This year, we have organised with the venue the option to stay onsite in the luxury hotel over the weekend, tea and coffee, meals and for those that choose our Platinum tickets, exclusive souvenirs of the day.  (charges apply to each of the options – take a look at our price list for more information).

Don’t forget to book a LAN pass if you’re bringing your computer!

Bookings are now live – click here (http://www.eventdata.co.uk/Forms/Default.aspx?FormRef=Lav75Visitor).

Lavecon 2015 Ticket Pricing Table (http://laveradio.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Lavecon2015tickets.pdf)

We will be taking bookings for hotel room (and breakfast) for the Friday and Sunday nights, as only the Saturday night stay is included with your gold/platinum tickets, book via us to make sure you don’t have to move rooms in between and to get the best price.  We will update this when we have the details.

We would ask that you don’t book rooms directly with the venue as these will not count towards our event attendee number to make the event viable.

We do not currently have camping options and it is not possible to camp at the venue, but will look into whether there is camping nearby.

Volunteers
Volunteers will be free to attend and charged at a discounted rate for food and hotel room. If you would like to volunteer and feel you would qualify for the volunteer rate then please contact us to confirm and discuss the volunteer role you would like to do. Volunteer booking will be taken separately, but the cost for this are shown on the ticket price document (payment via Paypal may have additional charges, not included in quoted price).
