Heroes of Land Air and Sea

Heroes of Land, Air & Sea is a 4X-style board game that tells the epic tale of Aughmoore's many conflicts: Orcs vs. Humans, Dwarves vs. Elves, battling kingdoms, and the heroic individuals who turn the tides of war.Players control one of these four Factions, competing to expand their small kingdom of a single Warrior and two Serfs into new territory. From there, players must explore the territory around them, expand their work force, fortify their army, and build up their Capital city - all through careful action selection, exploitation, war and resource management.As players reach milestones through building, recruiting, or war, they gain access to many advantages and Victory Points. This is the standard version with cardstock characters.Direwild is a hostile place, inhabited by various clans. Each clan was led by heroes called Animists. These heroes could summon the creatures of the Direwild to aid their clan. During a clan war, a clan was destroyed that was led by the Animist Karn. Karn survived and strove to grow strong enough to end all the clan warfare. Karn willingly sacrified his humanity for power and soon justified destroying all other clans in an effort to "bring peace." Years into his rule, Karn's minions roam the Direwild and only a few scattered clan heroes remain. Release date Friday 5th AprilRichard Borg heads into Space in this exciting new Commands & Colours board game, including two complete fleets of plastic starships!RED ALERT allows two to six players to duke it out in Space using the opposing fleets of the Commonwealth Alliance and Rebel Confederation: battleships, cruisers, and destroyers, backed up by long-range fighters and the Fleet Commander's all-important flagship. The play of command cards drives the action and creates a 'fog of war', while battle dice resolve combat quickly and efficiently. Combat cards add an element of suspense, and challenge players to maintain their star token reserves to power decisive actions throughout the battle. The action on a combat card hay hinder the opposition forces, enhance a player's units, or instantly change the course of a battle. An assortment of Task Force cards allow players to quickly deploy a fleet of starships that can be augmented and customised with support vessels.
