I have now had my game of Caverna & I liked it as much as Agricola on the first run trough & its sufficiently different from the latter I feel to justify owning both. The Main difference boils down to there being a lot more options as to what to do in any given turn and significantly fewer choke points where you can mess up the rest of the game by making  the wrong choice. There is a lot less pressure to build a food engine as well.

I really want another game of Caverna & soon my Pathfinder game addiction permitting.
