We are pleased to confirm formally that this year’s GamesFest, officially GamesFest 4, will be held on the 24th of October 2009 at the Watford Colosseum.

This year’s event represents a greatly increased scope and scale as we look to build on our previous successful events and firmly establish GamesFest as a regular and firm favourite in the convention calendar.

The Watford Colosseum is a fantastic 1000 person plus venue that is hugely accessible by all forms of transport. By moving the event from our humble origins we aim to make this one-day convention a truly memorable occasion. The increased space will enable us to have a wide and varied line-up for your enjoyment.

This year’s GamesFest will be held on the 24th of October 2009 at the Watford Colosseum. The venue can hold 1000 plus attendees at any one time and our doors will open at 10.00am until 6.00pm.

Watford is north of London and highly accessible by tube, by rail, only 15 minutes from Euston Station London. By major roads namely the M1 and M25 and is very well catered for by airports include London Heathrow, Luton Airport and Stansted Airport. Ample park is available near the Colosseum as Watford is a major shopping location.

The provisional line-up is beginning to take shape. We will keep this section updated and will shortly begin to expand the information on the various celebs, games to play and events on the day.
