Details from their Website:

TringCon is a one-day meeting of board gamers that takes place in Tring, which is about 30 miles north west of London in the UK.

Proceeds from TringCon events will be donated to the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, a registered charity offering specialist palliative nursing care at home to patients with terminal illness, within the Chilterns region of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. For more information on Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, visit their web site.

TringCon XIX and XX - October 2009 and March 2010

TringCon comes in two bites each year - usually the first Saturday in April, and the traditional first Saturday in October. For 2010 the event moves to the last Saturday in March to avoid Easter. The hall has been booked for both dates, so all you need to do is to put them in your diary and be there - but please let me know you'll be coming so that the catering matches the attendance. I'll bring some games, but you are advised to bring anything you'd like to play. I suggest you put a slip of paper with your name in each game you bring. I will also have a number of games on hand for you to buy, should you feel the need to expand your collection.

There is no specific format to the day about what gets played when and what, indeed, gets played. That's entirely up to you. The last event saw a variety of games on the tables, including Antike, Around the World in 80 Days, Coloretto, Khronos, On the Underground, Phoenicia, PitchCar, Power Grid, Puerto Rico, Tacara and Vikings. Your entry fee also gets you a buffet-style lunch and tea.
