Is there a Sunday session this weekend (12th May)?

I assume so, but thought I should check bearing in mind the stress levels likely from having moved shop, as well as the close proximity to B&P the following weekend...

A small warning when I spoke to Phil yesterday this was reported as being double booked this coming Sunday.  So the plan is to use the Pool room if we get a small attendance or to return to the shop should we get a larger one.

** UPDATE **
Looks like the Talbot has been double-booked so the current plan, I believe, is to move gaming to the Shop for this Sunday.

Things should kick-off at 12.00 (ish) as normal, if there are any further updates they will be posted here by myself or Evilginger.

Well speaking to Phil at the shop on Saturday, looks like plans are to abandon the Talbot in favour of moving this event into the shop itself.

This is mainly due to numbers and that the venue lighting is not as good as it could be, the Tea/Coffee and food option have become non-existent and the shop is just better suited all round.

So from the next event 14th July 2013 this will be held at Spirit Games:

102 High Street,
Burton on Trent,
DE14 1LJ

See you all there....

Monthly Gaming Now at the Shop 2nd Sunday of every month
By Sally

Next Date: 14th July
As we are now settled into the new premises and have a lot more gaming space, we are moving our monthly Sunday gaming from the Talbot to the shop, which has the advantage of our games library on site. The Burton Bridge Brewery is just over the road for those who want a pint with their game, tea and coffee are free at the shop and Aldi and Family Bargains are close by for those who want snacks.

Parking at the supermarket is still restricted on Sundays and the council car parks still charge, but there is plenty of legal on road parking and other good alternatives nearby, ask for advice.
