I speak only of the Evilerginger who is coming

I received the first of my laser cut MDF buildings from Warbases who I had previously surprisingly enough just used for bases last week & given that it was rather too cold to do any thing else I constructed it & made a start at painting it yesterday.

The building I got was the Saxon watch tower which is a good likeness for a late Roman Burgi type tower & so ideal for Dux Brittanarium which has a scenario requiring one.

It goes together easily with a little white wood glue & requires the minimum of painting I just painted the walls to give the impression of a rendered brick or Wattle & daub walls & stained the exposed wood work using army painter wash to darken them & even out the tone of the fine laser cut parts.

I did I own stick the roof in place & I will be adding some detail of thatch using milliput as you can see from the illustration the roof is just two shaped bits of MDF

Well worth the modest price & I will be increasing my stock of buildings with a few more of these.

I will be getting some more of these soon & I will post pictures of them as the Warbases site will not let me link the images. It is however important to remember that the products are supplied unpainted flat packed & I have added bases for them also by Warbases painted & finished them  with Milliput thatch for the most part.

The Miliput thatch trick I stole from here

Next up will be a wooden barn & a Grub hut followed by a modified, larger, Long house.

I may have bullied Phil into stocking these at Spirit Games.....

Otherwise I am set for a trial order to see how they sell, and I will be selling them via the Shop.
