The Lion Boardgamers are hosting our 3rd Gaming Day at the Scythe & Teacup games cafe, 61a Kempston Street, Liverpool, L3 8HE running 11am-11pm. the website for the venue is here.

The games cafe offers free entry. Food and Drink is available at the cafe at very reasonable prices so please do not bring any food or drink of your own.
The Scythe is a very large cafe for gaming, mostly CCG and FRP, although some of The Liverpool Lion Boardgamers play midweek games there. They know what gamers need (big tables, coffee, food, more coffee) and are keen for our custom, especially after we cleared the cafe out of food on our first day back in February.

There will be more tables in place this time round and we're hoping that with more lead in time our numbers will be even more impressive than previously.

Children are welcome, and there were large groups playing games between themselves while others played with the bigger kids.

The games cafe is in walking distance of bus routes and of Lime Street Railway Station. The cafe has no dedicated car parking but there is a car park around the corner which provides 150+ spaces - spaces are available for the entire day for £3.

If you expect to come please "register" on the link below. Registration is not essential, it's purely to give the cafe side of the event a clue as to the likely numbers, there's no fees or tickets or stuff otherwise. This link can also be used to arrange games and anything else connected with the day.

We look forward to seeing you there.
