re Simons query about anyone with skills reaching 90%.

I've done all the increases and checked the records and no one has made it yet although Luther has now got three skills in the 80's. All the current 90's are due to starting EDU give high English skills. PR would have got a bonus if his had gone up after the increase roll check but he failed (not a surprise when its 90 already).
