Si: Some small detective work leads them to an orphanage where they undertake a mission to investigate and if possible rescue the children.

DSB: Your first idea is to make some enquiries of your own at the orphanage. Being unknown to her you are initially given a cold greeting by the Halfling Gretchyn Tashykk, the headmistress of the orphanage.

After convincing her that you are on a mission, from the temple of St. Cuthbert, to find the missing children she is happy to talk to you.

She introduces you to the rest of the staff and shows you round the rather run down building. She tells you the children were taken at night from their beds!. The building was secure (doors locked and shutters closed) with no sign of forced entry.

You also learn that two Elves had also been round making similar investigations, apparently hired by the city mayor. Following on from that you try to get an audience with the Mayor and are blocked at every turn.

Failing this you decide to return to the temple of St. Cuthbert to discuss your findings with Jenya. She suggest that maybe whoever gained access to the orphanage had a key, and suggests that you go and see the cities master locksmith, the Gnome Keygan Ghelve.
