Raiders of the Game Cupboard

The Sixteenth Board Game & RPG event.

Description: A full day of gaming with plenty for everyone. New players are always welcome and the organisers are on hand to help you find a game.

All sorts of games will be played: board games, mini's, card games and roleplaying games. Past popular games have been: Arkham Horror, Wings of War, Axis & Allies, Settlers, Dominion and many many more...

The venue is a good sized hall large enough to accommodate many gaming tables.

Bring along any games you would like to play or let us know if you are running a Role Play Game and we'll add it to this write up.

The organisers will bring games from their collections. If you have ideas for the day let us know.

Space available for other games, a Games Library is supplied by Spirit Games

Very Cool & defiantly not to be missed even if you are not into board games  I will be inviting the EVILGINGERS over from the Slough of Evil (Lincoln) which is about the only reason not to come I can think of. However it being in a church could cause them to turn into piles of ash of the door step if we are in luck.

Did that happen on Saturday by the way or did they marry in the registry office to be safe

HR No it didn't the wedding went fine with no spontaneous combustion what so ever.

However getting back on topic just been to raiders XIV & had a brilliant time despite only managing one and a bit games. Runeage in cooperative mode which thrashed us hollow, but was fun none the less, and the  first side of a game of Red November which we ran out of time for  .


There was loads more on which I missed but it was a lot of fun & the organisers deserve lots of credit for it well done folke
