We get an incoming transmission from our sponsors and creditors, a group of people from the inquisition (?). They request the holographic painting 'light of the galaxy' by an artist called Ky'fess Morranti. They reveal it is currently in ownership of a collector and art buff Darric D'Shemme, located in the hive of the planet we are currently residing on. Owing these people our ship and livelyhood, we accept the request.

Currently dining at a rather posh restaurant, the crew take their time finishing up and hatch plans on how to get a hold of this undoubtedly valuable picture. Chief Chirurgeon Quincy (Chelle) and 1st Officer Filobecks (Bob) discuss the viability of flogging the head of our recently slain Genestealer as a piece of art or collector's item. Quincy disturbs a few talking about becoming a famous artist and signing the disembodied skull. The idea is eventually abandoned in favour of an honest conversation with Darric about obtaining the painting while a few crew members scope the building out for a potential break-in.

Accompanying Filobecks and Quincy are Master of Ordinance Faya (Alex), Master at Arms Adequin (Simon) and Choir Master Esteban (Jamie). Warp Guide Remmii (Chris) and the Lord Captain Victonia (Vince) stay on ship. The journeying crew are ushered into Darric's apartment by the butler into a hall stuffed full of art of all kinds. They are invited into the living room with chairs by the fireplace. Entering the art strewn room, Filobecks and Adequin share negotiations with a comfortably seated Darric. He shows the painting to the crew and reveals he is happy to part with it if they use their ship to find some more art for him. He reveals that he is after the gallery of art found on the galleon of the lost ship 'Emporer's Bounty'. A Rogue Trader's vessel, it entered an extremely dangerous area known as 'The Maw' and has been lost until he obtained it's co-ordinates. We accept the mission and head back to ship.

Back on the ship, Remmii has been researching Darric's background to no avail. When the crew get back onboard, he asks Explorator Kaius to look over the remains of the Genestealer after Quincy and her medical team reveal it had augmetic implants in its' body. The Explorator finds the augmetics were programmed to deliberately make the Xeno susceptible to Psyker eminations. Fearing who the creature was intended for and that more may exist, the crew decides to inform their superiors in the Inquisition about the Xeno and it's possible ramifications. It is quickly bagged and picked up by their men.

All that remains is to prepare, then head for one of the most dangerous areas on the edge of the Galaxy...
