That was most enjoyable.

Big Thanks go to Oscar and Zarni for hosting, more thanks to Oskar for catering.

Big Thanks to PM, EvilG and DeeBee for running some most excellent games.

No-one died, went insane or met any other fate although those swamp hounds were mighty close to taking out several people, also those tricksy goblins nearly did for a Big Ugly Unit of a barbarian, luckily there was a noble paladin to help her out.

And if faced with a choice of weapons between a laser rifle and a bucket of bleachy water, I will go with the bucket every time, course I might need a buddy with a pistol to back me up.

Until the next time.

Proof that Slug did indeed return.

Yes it was unusual in a Traveller game that the use of weopons in order were Dog Teeth, Mop Handle, Bucket of bleachy water and THEN Gun!

That what I like about Traveller is all the high tech kit you get to use.  Cheesy

I would just like to add my thanks to everyone that came round for the weekend. It was a most enjoyable session of RPG's, chat and great to catch up with everyone.

A big thankyou also to all the DM's PM, EvilG and Deebee who did an excellent job as always providing us with great adventures.

Slug, as always a pleasure to have your company and humour back at the gaming table. I will look forward to the next session (whenever) we get together. In the meantime I will just have to read all your posts from your group over there. Have a safe journey back home..  Druid

Thanks again to everyone and we'll have to see about getting EvilG to some of the "regular" LHR meeets and maybe continue the Pathfinder.

The Pathfinder could continue but unless I can organize reliable cover my getting out of town is difficult & can be managed for special occasions only but I consider it high praise when people I have mentally tortured by both my company & my Gming want me to do it again

That said it was fun & despite being too full of people with the same name the Left hand rule lot are cool indeed & I many even corrupt you into some wargaming too Evil

thank you

It's rare that I manage to get time on my hands, but with a likely delay here in the UK i will try and get some write ups done.

Finally made it back to the US.

What is it with OXO cubes? US customs made me surrender the beefy goodness that is an OXO cube.  Next time I will have to try a different method of getting them in as I dont think they do body x-rays at the airport.

So, if anyone wants to visit I will ask you to bring me some stock cubes, but you will have to be creative about where you insert them.

Oh yes, damn jet lag has me posting too early this morning.

Good to hear you got back all right, & a pity about the Oxo Cubes but its a risk you take when you go and live amongst barbarians Wink

Buy your own cow, cook it down and then boil off the liquid, grid up the remnants and add loads of salt.

Likely works but seems like a lot of work, much easier to employ an OxO mule  Wink
