Iron forge a dwarf built town and regional capital home to a large temple of Illmater, founded as a strong point after the war with the Drow & populated buy refugees displaced from the north
Kestroval a village seat of a local baron about two days west of Iron forge
Falconval another local village and baronial hold where in the halls of Halls of Quasqueton are located
Thornval a village further to the west of Iron forge which was formerly a larger town but which fell onto hard times and has declined it is still the site of the largest local temple of Helm
Timberval the former trade town on the far side of the Stone Fang mountains cut off by the fall of Glitterhold

 
Other
Halls of Quasqueton, the hold of an ancient warlord until recently known only in fable and song
Gliterhold a dwarf hold in the Stone Fang mountains abandoned about a century ago which commanded the Stone fang road or pass the only trade route through the otherwise impassable Stone Fang Mountains.
