ConVergence UK is a brand new gaming convention, to be held on the 17th to the 19th March in Stockport, north-west England.  Featuring RPGs, miniature and board games and taking place in the recently refurbished North-West Gaming Centre (Element Games).

Introducing a flexible gaming slot system for RPGs, with 4-hour (normal) and 7-hour (extended) sessions.  This will allow for longer scenarios and provides opportunity for a little more role-play to those who want it.

There will be RPGs (various), miniatures games (primarily an X-Wing Tournament and friendlies) and board games available. Announced systems so far: Pathfinder (PFS), X-Wing Miniatures, Traveller (original), Rifts, Dead and Buried, Gateway LARP.

Nearby accommodation (we are currently negotiating discounts), free parking, transport links and shop, plus licensed bar and food available in the gaming hall.

Pricing Schedule:
There are various ticket options available, from the mighty "golden pass" (access to all tournaments, board games and role-playing games throughout the weekend*), through to payment on the day for individual games.  There are discounts for volunteers, GMs, umpires and for those who come in costume**). Sign up to games in advance via Warhorn, or on the day.

Golden Pass (whole event - any games):        £25
X-Wing Tournament Pass (Saturday):              £10
RPG Pass (per day):      £5 (Fri)      £15 (Sat)     £10 (Sun)

Gamer Pass (per std. game length***):             £3 (payable on the day only)

GM discount = £5 per RPG length (£7.50 for an extended slot), up to a maximum of the total pre-discount attendance fee.

Discount for children aged 11 and under:      £5 (per day)

Food (Subway platter: 6" Sub + crisps per person):   £3 per meal
