I played this for the first time a few weeks ago and bought it straight away, and I don't normally buy the games in our house.
Even though I lost I enjoyed it very much and it is very rules light [which suits me]
It is a game for up to six players, made up of tiles with instructions on each one, you start with five tiles face down and you need to add to these to create the city.
The tiles have instructions on each so you know what effect it has on you and your opoenents pieces when you play that tile.
Just play a tile, place one of your markers on the tile you played and follow the instructions on it.  there are loads of different actions so you can scupper your opponents  Grin
End game is when one player runs out of pieces, or five Power stations are played, [these tiles allow protection for pieces layed adjacent to it]
Scoring - You score for any of your pieces if you have three or more grouped together, there are tiles with numbers in the corner and you get extra points if you have pieces on these tiles.
There are also tiles with chains on them which give you extra points if you occupy these at the end.

As with Oskar, the first play of this game got me hooked.

The quality of the components and artwork is superb and suits the theme well.

Truly it is one of those games that can lay claim to the takes minutes to learn, years to master (as you learn the best way to play each tile in a given situation). The gameplay is easy to teach/pickup you essentially lay a tile pick add one of your tokens and pick up a replacement tile. Each tile has a unique function which is detailed on the tile itself, once placed you follow the instructions and if that causes you to place or reveal a tile then you follow that tiles instructions. To score at the end of the game you need to be controlling a series of 3 or more tiles and you score 1 for each controlled tile. There are also tiles with numbers on them and if you control that tile you score the bonus, finally if you control the most tiles with chains on you score an additional 1 point for each of them.

The end game is triggerred with the either the 5th power station being placed end the game immediately or by someone placing their last token which gives every other player one last play.

There is a lot of replayability in this game and it appeals to all ages and all players a worthy addition to anyone's collection.
