Ralf is having that dream again and this time it is becoming an itch he cannot scratch.

The five elves are trapping the efreet and djinn who are fighting each other.
The five elves performing the ritual are sun, moon, wood, wild and dark elves.
All have the same tattoo as Ralf, a blue crescent moon.
Ralf is also haunted by the image of a flamoboyantly dressed half-elf who wears a pendant in the same image as the tattoo.

What does his tattoo mean? Is it a personal message? It's bugged him throughout his life, but now it haunts his sleep and preys on his mind.

Okay, well, does Ralph tell us all this over breakfast one morning? If so I'll make some 'bardic knowledge' checks. Out of character I know what it sounds like, but in character I'm a bit 'huh?' Also, I do hope this isnt a quest to FREE them, since I'm not completely sure that would be a wise idea.
